Salam Aidiladha untuk semua

Selamat Hari Raya untuk semua. petang ni(4dec2008), aku akan bertolak balik ke penang. Kejap jer cuti kali ni. Dalam 3 hari jer. On tuesday dah back to bisnes.. 🙂

So mesti each and everyone of us tgh fikir the best solution untuk makan during raya. As for myself, i memang tengah plan & fikir what should & shouldnt take during this raya.

Disnin ada beberapa cadangan untuk kita cuba bersama> This might not be the best solution, but we can try. No harm!

  1. Banyakkan minum air suam(plain water)
  2. Pastikan anda mengambil semua hidangan yang telah disyorkan(6 melas per day)
  3. Elakkan mengabil makanan yang terlalu berminyak
  4. Gantikan ketupat pulut dengan ketupat nasi.
  5. Jika ada masa, pastikan anda lakukan senaman2 asas. Joging Untuk 30-45 minit memadai.

Ini adalah sedikit panduan asas yang boleh kita sama-sama praktikkan. Cuma langkah2 asas. Raya pun bukan hari2 kan, so just enjoy laaa… Bila back to KL nanti, all out kat gym semula…
